Understand what it is, how it works and how we protect your information.
It is an online vault to keep, in one place, the information you cannot afford to lose or leave exposed: passwords, logins, bank access details, Wi-Fi codes, documents and important notes.
You organize everything in records and categories and look it up whenever you need, from any browser.
Yes. Before being stored, the content of your records and your category names are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, the same standard used by banks and governments.
The key that opens your data has two parts: a fixed one, kept on the server, and another that comes from your password. So anyone with a copy of the database, even together with the server, would see only scrambled text.
There is also a backup copy of the key that only Senha Mestre administration can open, with a password kept outside the server. It is used only at your request, to recover an account whose password and recovery code were lost.
Not in readable text. We keep only a cryptographic summary (hash) of the password, which is used to check the login but does not reveal the password.
Your email is stored the same way, so nobody can list who uses Senha Mestre.
It is on purpose. On the sign-in and signup screens, the fields change name on every visit and block pasting, dragging and autofill. This way, nothing you type is saved in the browser or can be read by extensions or by someone else using the same computer.
Use the eye icon to check what you typed.
After 3 attempts with a wrong password, access to the account is blocked for 15 minutes, even for someone who gets the password right afterwards. This stops bots from testing passwords non-stop.
When that happens, you see a notice in your dashboard when you sign in, with the date and origin of each attempt.
After 2 minutes without use, the session ends automatically and you go back to the sign-in screen. The remaining time shows in the dashboard menu.
Dashboard pages are also not kept in the browser: after you sign out, the "Back" button no longer shows your data.
On the sign-in screen, click Forgot my password and enter your registered email. You will receive a link to create a new password.
Because your data key depends on the password, the link also asks for your recovery code, shown in the dashboard on your first visit. Keep it somewhere safe.
Lost both the password and the code? Reach us through the contact page: after confirming the account is yours, we send a special link to recover access without losing your records.
You can start for free, with up to 20 records and 10 categories. If you need more room, there are yearly plans you can buy inside the dashboard, under Plans.
